Who we are
Juice Factory ("the Service") is operated by Corementis FZE LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: amir.mortezaie@corementis.se.
What Juice Factory is
A free, image-first web app for creating, discovering, saving ("pinning") and sharing juice, smoothie and cocktail ideas. It is entertainment and inspiration — not a shop. We do not sell, serve or deliver any drink, food or alcohol.
Accounts
You can use the Service without signing up — we create an anonymous, device-based identity so your creations and pins stay with you. You may later add an email to turn this into a registered account; your existing creations carry over. You are responsible for activity under your identity/device.
Creating & publishing
When you save a mix, it is published to the public Discover feed with its name, ingredients, facts, hashtags and generated image. By publishing you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and share it within and to promote the Service. You can ask us to remove a creation you made (amir.mortezaie@corementis.se).
Acceptable use
Do not: post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual-about-minors, or infringing content; impersonate others; scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its image generation; or use it to promote harmful, illegal or dangerous consumption. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.
Alcohol & responsible use
Some content depicts alcoholic cocktails. This is creative/informational only; we do not sell alcohol or verify age. Drink responsibly and follow the laws of your location; do not use the Service if alcohol content is unlawful for you. Nothing here encourages excessive or underage drinking.
Not health advice
Nutrition figures (calories, carbs, etc.) and any ABV/units are estimates derived from public food-composition data (Anses / Ciqual) and generic assumptions. They are not medical, dietary or professional advice. Consult a professional for health decisions; ingredients may cause allergies — check for yourself.
AI-generated images
Cocktail images are generated by a third-party AI model and may be imperfect or not exactly match a real drink. They are provided "as is" for the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service, brand and design are ours or our licensors’. You keep whatever rights you have in the ideas you create, subject to the licence above.
Availability & changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms — material changes will be posted here.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on nutrition/ABV estimates, AI images, or user content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Ajman Free Zone, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
