Terms of Use

Juice Factory (“the Service”) is operated by Corementis FZE LLC, Ajman Media City, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). Contact: amir.mortezaie@corementis.se.

Corementis is a consulting and software company that designs, builds and operates digital, physical and phygital products and services end to end, from the first idea, to the thing itself, to running it day after day. Juice Factory is one of its products: we design it, build it, run it and answer for it. It is free, works without an account, and is anonymous by default. We do not show advertising and we do not sell your data.

Why we make it. We build products like Juice Factory to learn: to explore new technology and what can be understood from how it is used, and to put working ideas in front of real people and businesses to see how they respond. Where a project like this earns, that goes back into the app, into Corementis, and into the people behind it.

A free, image-first web app for creating, discovering, saving (“pinning”), remixing and sharing juice, smoothie and cocktail ideas. It is entertainment and inspiration, not a shop. We do not sell, serve or deliver any drink, food or alcohol.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. By using the Service you confirm you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live, if higher). Alcoholic-cocktail content is informational only. See “Alcohol & responsible use” below.

You can use the Service without signing up. We create an anonymous, device-based identity so your creations and pins stay with you. You may later add an email to turn this into a registered account; your existing creations carry over. You are responsible for activity under your identity or device. We may suspend or terminate identities that violate these Terms.

When you save a mix, it is published to the public Discover feed with its name, ingredients, facts, hashtags and generated image.

By publishing, you:

1. confirm you have the right to publish it;
2. grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt and share it within the Service and to promote the Service; and
3. grant other users a non-exclusive licence to view, pin and remix your creation within the Service. Remixes may reference the creation they were based on.

You keep whatever rights you have in your own creations, subject to these licences. The licences continue for remixes that other users have already made, even if you later remove your original.

Do not: post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing content, or any content sexualising minors; impersonate others; scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its image generation; use automated tools to bulk-create content; or use the Service to promote harmful, illegal or dangerous consumption (for example dangerous ingredient combinations or excessive-drinking challenges). We may remove content and restrict or terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice.

If you believe content on the Service is illegal, violates these Terms, or infringes your intellectual-property rights, email amir.mortezaie@corementis.se with a link to the content, a description of the issue, and (for IP complaints) evidence of your rights. We review reports promptly and will remove or disable content where appropriate. If your content is removed following a report, you may contest the decision by replying to our notice.

Some content depicts alcoholic cocktails. This is creative and informational only; we do not sell alcohol or verify age beyond the declaration above. Drink responsibly and follow the laws of your location; do not use the Service if alcohol content is unlawful for you. Nothing in the Service encourages excessive or underage drinking.

Nutrition figures (calories, carbs, etc.) and any ABV/unit figures are estimates derived from public food-composition data (Anses / Ciqual) and generic assumptions about quantities. They are not medical, dietary or professional advice, and actual values will vary. Consult a professional for health decisions. Ingredients may cause allergic reactions, so always check for yourself.

Cocktail images are generated by a third-party AI model. They are illustrative, may be imperfect, and may not match a real drink. They are provided “as is” for use within the Service.

The Service, its brand, name, logo, design, software, and content are owned by Corementis FZE LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights reserved. Except for the user licences above, nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you, and you may not copy, reuse or commercially exploit any part of the Service, its design or its content without our prior written permission.

Juice Factory is an innovation project by Corementis. If you are interested in collaborating, partnering, or licensing the Service, its technology or its concept (or in a white-label version), contact amir.mortezaie@corementis.se. Unsolicited use of the brand or content is not permitted; a conversation is.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where reasonably possible, notified in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

You can stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your identity and creations (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (licences for existing remixes, liability, governing law) survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on nutrition/ABV estimates, AI-generated images, or user content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Ajman Free Zone. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of them or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
